Welcome to Caterking Dim Sum Workshop (點心皇) — your neighbourhood spot for oversized, hotel-grade dim sum without the hotel bill. Everything is steamed to order: no roaming carts, just hot baskets when you want them. Chef-founder Master Chung Yau-yu brings decades of hotel and club craft; we’re known for giant har gow, award-winning abalone & chicken cheong fun, and late-night dim sum until 4:30 AM.
