Welcome to Caterking Dim Sum Workshop (點心皇) — your neighbourhood spot for oversized, hotel-grade dim sum without the hotel bill. Everything is steamed to order: no roaming carts, just hot baskets when you want them. Chef-founder Master Chung Yau-yu brings decades of hotel and club craft; we’re known for giant har gow, award-winning abalone & chicken cheong fun, and dim sum from morning through night.

The har gow are absolutely massive — truly 'double size' as they claim. Each one has multiple whole prawns instead of paste. Best value dim sum in TST.

Love the industrial workshop vibe in Kwun Tong. The Mexico-style BBQ pork buns are the best I've had in Hong Kong. Translucent skins on the dumplings show they know their craft.

Authentic taste without the hotel markup. The abalone chicken cheong fun is incredibly silky. A bit of a wait on weekends but everything is steamed fresh to order.

Hau Fook Street branch is my go-to for all-day dim sum. It's rare to find high-quality steaming after 3pm. The garlic cheese spring rolls are a hidden gem.
